AKA  (also known as...)

Hey pardner, Wild Bill McCoy just rode into town!

Lots of folks remember when Gene and Roy rode across the screen, always ready to take on the bad guys and save the day! Remember the Sons of the Pioneers? In the tradition of Gene Autry and Roy Rogers, Wild Bill sings the songs and tells the stories of the Old West. It's just like being out on the trail and sitting around the old camp fire.
Wild Bill engages his audience with songs such as "Red River Valley", "Don't Fence Me In", "Don't Take Your Guns To Town" and "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys". Still, he might throw in "Yes Sir That's My Baby" or "Lydia The Tattooed Lady."

A special treat is when Wild Bill plays the haunting and lovely Native American Flute. Why not have Wild Bill ride into your town? He'll be packin' some good, wholesome entertainment that'll bring back those good old days!

"I found that playing in a band was a pain in the ass because you put so much into the damn thing and before you know it, the band breaks up! Playing with yourself can be more productive if you're hooked to a tape recorder."

Sam the Dexter is the avante-garde, bohemian, strangely comedic, Frank Zappa-esque side of Bill Samsel who is much more serious and down to earth about his music. How they both co-exist inside the same mind is really one of the great mysteries of the universe.

Bill Samsel aka Sam the Dexter
has been playing with himself since 1970.
